SmaRT (Smartphone Radar Tool) helps railway operators to

• precisely measure the inclination angle of Deuta radars as mounted under the train
• avoid mistakes affecting the sign of the result
• calculate correction factors
• verify the input of the correction factor into on-board unit (assignment to the correct input channel)
  

Aspects relevant to privacy or safety:

• The app does not communicate in the background, in neither direction.
  The user, however, may share selected results.
• Neither storage nor transmission is encrypted.
• The app stores user input as default for the next measurement.
