Remote Monitored Measurement of Distance Travelled
Goods wagon shunting
DEUTA high-resolution sensors are used for remote monitored shunting position measurement. Within a section of the track, the distance is measured with a track pulse counter. Using DEUTA sensors, the absolute position of a goods wagon on the track during shunting can be precisely determined.
