Safe+ Safe Control

DEUTA provides the Safe+ option for use with the REDBOX Multifunction Recorder. This Safe Control Function expands your REDBOX with safety relevant SIL4 aspects, such as the monitoring of maximum and critical velocity, rollback prevention, detection of standstill and speed display. A further feature is the dead man’s control (SIFA). You will always be on the safe side with DEUTA!

In addition to the external railway control system, such as the European Train Control System (ETCS), Safe+ can be combined with all REDBOX variants which makes it suitable for use in metros, trams and trains.
