Consistent quality management across all process stages

At DEUTA, client satisfaction is the standard by which we measure everything. We ensure this by utilising a total quality management approach that covers the entire process chain – from consultation and conception, up to completion. First and foremost, we need to respond flexibly to specific customer requirements. Therefore, at DEUTA, quality always means developing solutions based on requirement specifications that we have defined together with the client.

Our approach to quality results in business relationships founded upon trust, continuity, and economic efficiency. It is not without good reason that today, we are qualified suppliers to such companies as Alstom, Bombardier, Siemens, and Thales Canada, as well as Deutsche Bahn AG. And there is a further milestone in our successful collaboration in the railway industry: qualification in accordance with the "International Railway Industry Standard" (IRIS). This standard is according ISO 9001:2000, supplemented by requirements specific to the railway industry. Finally, quality assurance at DEUTA also includes meeting the relevant environmental requirements. Production that is aligned with ecological considerations and has the least possible impact on the environment is business as usual in our plants today.
